AKRON, O.H. (Aug. 13, 2024) – The Akron Marathon Charitable Corporation is proud to announce a transformative donation from philanthropists Thom and Lisa Mandel to support its annual Kids Fun Run. In recognition of their generous support, the event will now be named “The Mandel Family Kids Fun Run presented by Akron Children’s Hospital.”
