Helpful Hints Section: 

• Take the initiative to check the list and contact potential teammates.
• This is not an automatic system. You must contact others to assemble your team.
• If you know what you are looking for in a team, take it upon yourself to be the team captain and contact people and organize the team.
• Post a message that indicates your particular interest e.g. I am looking to be on a team....
• You need to meet with your team prior to the race (you'll want to know who to look for at a relay station). Training runs make for ideal circumstances to get to know people and get the needed training.
