Primary Objective:
Marathon Training 101 is a workshop offered through The University of Akron to students and community members alike that incorporates a running training program covering topics such as nutrition, physiology, bio-mechanics, running performance and other training principles. This course gives participants the knowledge and tools to complete a full marathon. The Road Runner AkronMarathon. Class is limited to 30 participants.
